This privacy policy governs your use of the Software application built by ‘CodeXCollab’ for mobile devices that is created and maintained by personnel works at the firm “CodeXCollab”.

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. What personal information do we collect from the people that installs/visit our app?

We only collect the information you give us willingly that includes all the necessary information which is required for proper funtioning of the app.

As for the permission we also require access to you’re external data storage for the functioning of our App.

We may also use the Primary Account information(i.e Email) to contact your from time to time to keep you posted about important information and also use it to upload/register your Primary Account information on https://api.revenuecat.com to keep track of your purchase history & subscriptions. For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email. When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you are asked to provide certain information for the hfunctionality of the particular app, we do not collect any other information other than you gave us by your own Interest.

How do we protect your information?

  • We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
  • We encrypt all the information you provide and store them in secure enviornment.
  • We make use of hashing pattern provided by our cloud database provider and we have restricted

our API keys so that they cannot be able to make calls from other source.

Do we use 'cookies'?

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes, Since our app is built on cloud we use a different architecture to manage user information which does not rely on cookies.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include Cloud hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our App, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses including analytics and Error handling.

If CodeXCollab is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our App of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

Does our app allow third-party behavioral tracking?

We take help of Google analytics to track error detection and login information of the users who visit our app until the app runs in the background. We doesn’t run any background service to collect or monitor user data after the app is successfully terminated.

Personal Data Request/Delete:

We utmost care about your personal data and do everything in order to make it secure, so if you want to view your personal data or want us to delete it. Drop a mail on "codexcollab@gmail.com" mentioning your gmail id and we will try to process your request within 24 hour followed by a confirmation mail.
